A perfect day for a seafood boil. Instead of the huge pot in the backyard this time around I went with the simple approach in the kitchen with King Crab, Snow Crab, Shrimp, Potatoes, Eggs and Sausage. The Boil Bomb makes it super easy to whip up a boil quickly in a small pot in the kitchen or a huge cooker outside. This recipe is to suite my 8 quart dutch oven but feel free to put your spin on it and throw whatever seafood, meats and veggies you want in that delicious water!
This should feed 4 people or 2 greedy people. 😂

Ingredients
- 2 King Crab Clusters
- 4 Snow Crab Clusters
- 1 lb Gulf Shrimp
- 1 lb Smoked Sausage Chopped
- 6 Eggs
- 4 Large Potatoes Chopped
- 1/2 Cup Chilau Boil Bomb
- 1 Gallon of water (8 qrt pot)
- 1 1/2 tbsp salt
Pot
- 8 quart dutch oven (Need one? Click here)
Garlic Butter:
- 6 Fresh Cloves Garlic
- 1 Shallot Chopped
- 1 Stick Butter
- 1/4 Cup Chilau Seafood Sauce (any flavor)
- 2 Cups Boil Water
Preparation
- Bring water to a boil, add Boil Bomb and Salt to taste
- Add potatoes, sausage, eggs and boil 25min. Remove and set aside
- Boil Crab for 10min and set aside
- Boil Shrimp for 5 min and set aside
- Add Garlic, Shallots and Butter to pan and sauté until translucent
- Add two cups of boil water and Chilau Sauce and simmer 5 minutes.
- Place everything in a large pan or dish and drizzle in the garlic sauce
Dust with Chilau Origianal Seasoning or Garlic Pepper 😋
